It's been a real treat to see the enthusiasm with which Peter, John, and the team at Prima-Coffee have pursued developing the coffee scene here in Louisville. While I do not have a very discerning palate, Letoto's passion is contagious and I always love hearing about his new coffee toys, like temp-reading scales and Hario equipment. I also love being at the receiving end of freshly pressed, home-roasted coffee. ;)
